We stayed 3 nights here, though it was a just perfect experience. Chris made everything for all of us. Had incredibly comfortable room protected with smoke detectors.

Had kitchen. There was separate bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows.

Marvellous location close enough to the beach, the seaside and local shops, everything perfect. Location in the middle of the city. Nice welcome from host. Comfy room.

The apartment with a terrace and garden views was absolutely delightful! It made us feel right at home with its cozy bedrooms and a lovely living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to whip up our favorite meals. The highlight was definitely the terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the garden. As a family, we couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and create lasting memories.

If I had to pick one thing, the only downside for me was that there were only two bedrooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

This apartment was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped foot inside, we felt completely at ease and right at home. The communication with the hosts, both before, during, and after our stay, was outstanding and made our trip hassle-free. The location in Lytham St Annes was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the seaside just a short walk away. The apartment itself had all the modern conveniences we needed, and the oversized windows provided plenty of natural light and a stunning view. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly impressive, with a high-end and polished finish. Storage space was abundant throughout the apartment, and the little touches like fresh flowers, milk, water, and biscuits were truly delightful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

The apartment at 34 One in Lytham St Annes was absolutely delightful! The terrace and garden views were stunning, and it made me feel like I was in my own little oasis. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchen with a fridge and oven to cook my meals. it was the perfect place for our family getaway.

I personally found the bathroom with a bath a bit small.

our stay at the recently refurbished apartment in Lytham St Annes was simply perfect. It felt like a home away from home with its stylish decor, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. The hosts were excellent communicators, making our trip hassle-free. We'll definitely plan to revisit this lovely getaway.

Parking was on-street, not on-site.

The communication prior to arrival was excellent. We were able to easily access the apartment and found it exceptionally clean and well presented. the little extras like milk and bottled water were a nice touch. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking available. the location was convenient, with shops and the beach within walking distance or a short drive away. a highly recommended stay.

We felt extremely welcome and had nothing to complain about.

I had a blast hiking and windsurfing nearby, it was so refreshing! The airport being quite far away gave me the chance to enjoy a peaceful stay. The apartment had everything I needed, even soundproofing for those noisy neighbors!

Oh, I just loved the dining area, kitchenware, and soundproofing! But I guess I'll have to survive without mentioning North Pier.
